“Today my father passed away…I thank everyone for their support,” Alexander wrote.
Before that, Ovechkin left the United States and went to Moscow to the hospital. Earlier the media wrote that Mikhail Ovechkin had a malignant tumor.
Ovechkin will certainly miss at least the match with the “Carolina”, which will take place on February 19.
