According to Metaratings.ru, Kazan sees the 51-year-old coach as one of Zinetula Bilyaletdinov’s successors next season.
– Kudashov has already established himself as one of the main coaches of our hockey. Does Ak Bars need it? You need to ask the Kazan club management. I believe he will not spoil the image in the team. But Ak Bars now has a worthy coach – Bilyaletdinov, and judging by their results, nothing needs to be changed, – Kamensky told Metaratings.ru.
Bilyaletdinov managed Ak Bars at the end of December 2022. Under his leadership, the team takes the top spot in the Eastern Conference table.
