Kucherov, Sergachev and Namestnikov’s points didn’t help Tampa beat Vegas in NHL game

Tampa Bay Lightning was defeated by the Vegas Golden Knights in an NHL regular season game.

The encounter, which took place in Paradise, ended 5:4 (4:2, 0:1, 1:1) in favor of the hosts, including Brett Howden, Shea Theodore, Nicolas Roy and Jonathan Marchesso, who scored a brace.

Russian Vladislav Namestnikov, Steven Stamkos, Corey Perry and Pierre-Edouard Bellmare scored goals in Tampa. Mikhail Sergachev has two assists, Nikita Kucherov has one. Russian goalie Andrey Vasilevsky saved 21 of 25 shots.

Tampa is sixth in the Eastern Conference with 73 points, while Vegas leads the West with 72 points.
