Carry out the trainer’s instructions. Usually, my preparation consisted of an hour of class in the gym. Then we practiced on the ice for about an hour. Sometimes more, sometimes less. As a rule, two links always trained with me. It was the guys from MHL and VHL. Hard work has been done,” Gusev told a correspondent.
