NHL club quarterback Los Angeles Kings Vladislav Gavrikov said that with each game for a new team, he felt more confident.
On Tuesday, Gavrikov scored his first shot with a team from California. He scored in the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season game against Washington, tying the score in the second period – 1:1. The game ended in favor of the Kings with the score 4:2. For the Russian, this is the third game in Los Angeles after the exchange of Columbus.
“I knew it would take time, like learning the details and all that. Every game I feel more and more comfortable,” Gavrikov told the NHL website.
The 27-year-old hockey player’s current contract with a salary of $2.8 million expires after the end of this season. In the summer, the 2018 Olympic champion can become an unrestricted free agent.
