KazanskyAK bars won a lawsuit against a fan who ran onto the ice during the team’s home game during the Fonbet KHL Championship regular season against S.K.A. November 17, 2022 (5:2).
The Mamadyshsky District Court of the Republic of Tatarstan granted Ak Bars’ claim against prank blogger Talip Minnegaliev to recover 500,000 rubles from him. It was for this amount that the Kazan club, as a co-organizer, was fined by the league after the blogger jumped over the fences and jumped onto the ice during the match, which resulted in the suspension of the match.
As previously reported, on November 28, Ak Bars sent the fan an advance claim for compensation for property damage. Later, the citizens of Kazan were forced to apply to the common law court with the specified requirement.
On Thursday, March 9, Ak Bars will host Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk in Game 5 of the first round of the KHL playoffs. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. Moscow time. The score in the series up to four wins is equal – 2-2.
