General Director of Nizhny Novgorod “Torpedo” Alexander Kharlamov spoke about the striker’s injury Kirill Urakov received in the Gagarin Cup playoff match against “Dynamo” noting that the hockey player feels good.
The fifth meeting of the series in Nizhny Novgorod ended with the victory of the hosts in extra time with the score 4:3. Urakov received a cut from a skate to the face during a fight with Dynamo striker Ilya Kablukov in the third period of the match.
“Urakov is fine. The doctors are working with him now, a little later it will be known how serious the injury is. But I think everything is in order, now that the playoffs are underway, where such injuries are not are not uncommon. Let’s trust the doctors,” Sport24 Kharlamov quotes.
