The Kievans lead 2:0 in the series up to three wins
Falcon beat again Dnieper in the second semi-final play-off match Ukrainian ice hockey championship – 4:1.
The first period passed without goals, and already in the second 20-minute period the Kyivans opened the score, Vasily-Yury Kachan converted the majority. Dnipro managed to recoup with the efforts of Nikita Sidorenko. However, even before the second break, Sokol again took the lead, Vadim Mazur scored during the double majority.
At the beginning of the third period, Bogdan Pankov played roughly against Kachan, for which he received a five-minute penalty. Sokol took advantage of the situation by scoring twice on the powerplay.
The team of Konstantin Simchuk took the lead 2:0 in the best-of-three series. Recall that in the first match Sokol won with a score of 3:2. The teams will play the third match in Kyiv on March 16.
