The Kontinental Hockey League’s refereeing department explained Avangard’s third goal in the game.
“In the 19th minute of the game, after a goal scored by Avangard player Reed Boucher, the video replay referee launched a review for hitting the puck with one hand. After the video review, he was determined there was no hit on the puck. with one hand, a good goal,” the post read.
