Offensive “Capitals of Washington” Yevgeny Kuznetsov took part in team practice on Tuesday, NHL website reporter Tom Gulitti tweeted.
The Russian striker was hired without restriction.
Kuznetsov was injured late in the regular season against the Minnesota Wild on March 19 and missed practice Monday. Earlier it was reported that the 30-year-old hockey player’s return to duty is expected any day now.
Washington will host the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday.
