On Monday, Dorofeev scored two goals in the NHL regular season game against the Minnesota Wild (4:3 shootout). Dorofeev scored a league brace for the first time. He became the fourth signing in club history, joining Paul Kotter (2 goals, 2022), Dylan Coghlan (3 goals, 2021) and Alex Taha (2 goals, 2018).
Dorofeev was recognized as the second star of the game with Minnesota.
Dorofeev has been playing for Vegas since 2021. This season, the 22-year-old hockey player has nine points (7 goals + 2 assists) in 13 games.
