Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine reported that she won the court at Donbass, White Leopard and Kharkiv Dynamo in the case of corporate rights to the Ukrainian Hockey League (UHL).
“In November 2021, the hockey clubs Donbass, Beliy Bars and Dynamo Kharkiv filed a lawsuit to deprive the Hockey Federation of Ukraine of corporate rights in the UHL.”
“On April 5, the Northern Economic Court of Appeal pointed to the groundlessness and groundlessness of the claims of the Donbass, Bely Bars and Dynamo Kharkiv clubs and dismissed the claim in full. The court ruling has entered into force, the corporate rights of the Federation are fully protected.”
In November 2021, the co-founding clubs of the UHL filed a lawsuit against the Ukrainian Hockey Federation to deprive the organization of the status of one of the founders of the league. They decided to go to court because of the pressure on them from the Federation. Subsequently, Donbass, Kramatorsk, Bely Bars and Mariupol left the number of UHL participants and became co-organizers of the Superleague.
Later, the Economic Court of Kyiv declared illegal the entry of the Ukrainian Ice Hockey Federation into the founders of the UHL.
