National team of Ukraine U-18 lost in hockey Kazakhstan in the fourth match World Cup 2023 in Division IA – 0:5.
The first period passed in an equal fight. The Ukrainians got the majority already at the 14th second of the meeting, but did not take advantage of their chances. Kazakhstan, in turn, realized one of its moments.
The second period passed with a significant advantage of the Kazakhs. Opponents scored four blue-yellow goals. The final period of the team finished without goals.
Ukraine U-18 is fifth with four points, three points ahead of France. Earlier, Alexander Bobkin’s team beat France (3:2) in shootouts, lost devastatingly to Denmark (1:5) and beat Hungary (3:2) in shootouts.
As a reminder, the last-placed team will be relegated to Division IB. In their final match, the Ukrainians will play against Japan on April 29.
