The 3v3 Hockey Championship of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (FHR) will take place from June 12 to 14, the matches of the tournament will be broadcast on , Match! Country” and “Match! Planet”.
The first tournament will feature 16 teams made up of professional players from the NHL, KHL and VHL. The teams will play 64 matches, including the group stage and the playoffs, which will feature 8 teams.
The format of the tournament is as follows: during the match, 4 players from each team (3 courts + goalkeeper) can be on the ice. The application must have 7 players (5 fields + 2 goalkeepers). The duration of the match is 3 periods of 7 minutes, a break between periods is 2 minutes. In case of a tie, a series of throws. The game is played without a power struggle, by throwing and determining the “out of play” position. Instead of deletions, free throws are awarded.
The tournament prize will be five million rubles.
