Swiss national team dominated Czech team in the sixth round match of the group stage of the 2023 Ice Hockey World Championship.
The group B match, held in Riga, ended with the score 4:2 (1:1, 2:0, 1:1). Among the winners, Andreas Ambühl scored twice, Romain Leffel and Tanner Richard also scored on the puck. The Czechs scored Roman Chervenka and Dominik Kubalik.
The Swiss national team won the sixth game in a row and with 18 points leads the group standings, the Czech team (13) is second.
In the Group A parallel match, the American team scored nine unanswered goals against the French team. The Americans also extended their winning streak to six games and at the top of the group, the French (4) are in sixth place.
