Bilateral agreements have been signed with hockey players for two years.
Last season, 24-year-old Rubtsov played 18 games for Spartak in the KHL and also won the Petrov Cup, scoring 13 (8+5) points in 33 games for Resurrection Khimik.
Dzhioshvili, 25, joined Spartak’s system last December and became one of Khimik’s leaders in the championship playoffs, scoring 11 (7+4) points in 19 appearances.
He is the younger brother of Dynamo striker Maxim Dzhioshvili.
