At the same time, the organization did not include Russian striker Ivan Barbashev on the poster. Also, the IIHF did not flag the account of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation.

Recall that in the final series, “Vegas” beat “Florida”. The series ended with the score of 4-1.

The NHL banned Barbashev from bringing the Stanley Cup back to Russia

In the Stanley Cup final, “Vegas” was represented by 16 players from Canada, three Americans, as well as a representative from Russia, Latvia and Sweden. Vegas won the Stanley Cup for the first time.
