Athletistic/Hockey. International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) President Luc Tardif has spoken out about the organization’s decision not to include Russian hockey player Ivan Barbashev on the poster dedicated to the team’s victory. Vegas in the Stanley Cup.

The IIHF congratulated the Vegas team for their achievement and displayed a poster of several players wearing their national team jerseys. However, the poster did not include Ivan Barbashev, who was one of the top scorers in the playoffs.

“There are only 12 players on this poster, and half of the squad is missing. Can that be considered discrimination against the rest? I don’t think so,” Sport-Express Tardif quotes.
