National Hockey League presented the schedule for the next season, which begins on October 10.
On Day 1, defending Stanley Cup winners Vegas will face Seattle, Nashville will face Tampa and Chicago will face Pittsburgh. It should be noted that in November, as part of the NHL Global Series, Detroit, Minnesota, Ottawa and Toronto will play in Sweden.
In total, the next season will feature 1,312 NHL regular season games, which will end on April 18.
Vegas beat Florida 4-1 in the final NHL playoff series last season. The first full-time club meeting of the new season will take place on December 23.
