Russian goalkeeper Ivan Fedotov not on the list of hockey players who were invited to development camp “Philadelphia Circulars” according to the press service of the NHL club.
Philadelphia’s player development camp runs July 2-6 at a New Jersey training facility.
On Sunday, Fedotov posted a photo from Dubai on social media. Last summer, the 26-year-old goalkeeper was drafted into the Russian Armed Forces for military service. In mid-June, Philadelphia announced that the hockey player’s contract, signed a year earlier, had been extended for the 2023/24 season.
Additionally, 18-year-old forward Matvey Michkov, whom Philadelphia selected in the 2023 NHL Draft as number seven, will not attend development camp.
