NHL insider Pierre Lebrun commented on signing the NHL club “Carolina Hurricanes” contract with the Russian defender Dmitry Orlov .
The hockey player signed a two-year contract with an average annual salary of $7.75 million.
– Carolina signed Orlov with an average annual cost of 7.75 million, I think it’s too much. But only two years is the perfect time,” Lebrun quotes The Athletic.
Orlov in the last NHL season as a result of the trade moved from Washington to Boston. As part of the latter, he scored 17 points (4+13) in 23 NHL regular season games. Orlov is the owner of the Stanley Cup in “Washington”.
