Defender Jake Chelios extended the contract with “Kunlun Red Star” according to the press service of the Beijing hockey club.
The 32-year-old, who has Chinese nationality,’s new deal is designed for two seasons.
The hockey player has been playing for Kunlun since the 2019/20 season. In total for the team, he played 180 games in the KHL regular season, scored 51 points (10 goals and 41 assists).
Jake Chelios is the son of three-time Stanley Cup winner and Hockey Hall of Famer Chris Chelios.
