According to SE, the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has not received official documents from the National Hockey League (NHL) on the status of goaltender Ivan Fedotov regarding his contract with Philadelphia for the 2023/24 season. In this regard, the KHL allowed the registration of its agreement with CSKA.
Fedotov signed a one-year contract with Philadelphia in 2022, but due to his military service, the contract was frozen by the NHL and carried over to next season.
