Athletistic/Hockey. “Washington” has installed the logos of the “office” of Russian striker Alexander Ovechkin on some rinks in the American capital, informs the press service of the Capitals.
The puck logo features the number eight, Ovechkin’s game number, and says “Ovi’s office”.
“Ovechkin’s office” refers to the left face-off circle in the field, from where the Russian hockey player scored many of his goals.
The club said the logo was installed for a limited time in 2023.
Ovechkin, 37, has been with the Washington Capitals since 2005.
