Avangard has signed a one-year bilateral contract with the 36-year-old hockey player.

Proskuryakov previously played in the KHL for Metallurg Magnitogorsk, CSKA Moscow, Admiral Vladivostok, Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, Sochi, Dynamo Riga, Lada Togliatti. Last season, the goalkeeper spent in the Chelyabinsk “tractor”, for which he played 31 matches in the KHL regular season.
