Famous Russian hockey referee, official and commentator Leonid Weisfeld told that Dynamo Moscow is the best KHL club to work in the current transfer window.
The Moscow club announced on Tuesday the signing of a contract with Nikita Gusev.
— Yes, a good transfer. Dynamo did a great job this summer. I think the best among all KHL clubs in this transfer window. This team can solve big problems. Minus one, when you assemble a new team, you may not be able to create a team, there are players, but you must create a team. It will be interesting to watch them.
– Can they qualify for the Gagarin Cup with an updated squad?
In very happy circumstances. I’m not sure Dynamo can fight for the cup, but it is possible. There are certain chances,” Weisfeld told .
Gusev is an Olympic champion, silver medalist of the Games, double bronze medalist of the World Championships, winner of the Gagarin Cup. Last season, the 31-year-old striker played for SKA Saint Petersburg.
The new KHL season kicks off on September 1 with a match between CSKA Moscow and Ak Bars Kazan.
