The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (FHR) has announced the composition of the Russian Under-23 squad for the Sochi Hockey Open Stavok League tournament on its website.
The tournament will be held from August 3 to 8 on the federal territory of Sirius in the Krasnodar Territory.
The composition of the national team is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Sergey Ivanov, Artemy Pleshkov (both SKA), Nikita Podlyagin (Vanguard);
Defenders: Nikita Smirnov (Dinamo Minsk), Nikita Evseev, Vsevolod Almetkin (both Ak Bars), Vladimir Grudinin, Artem Barabosha (both CSKA), Daniil Ivanov (Spartak), Roman Yuzbashyan (Sochi), Mikhail Gulyaev (Avangard), Artem Pronichkin (Torpedo), Nikita Baklashev (Dynamo Moscow);
Forwards: Stanislav Yarovoy (Vityaz), Roman Abrosimov (Severstal), Ilya Chefanov (Metallurg Novokuznetsk), Dmitry Buchelnikov, Matvey Kabush, Ivan Demidov, Grigory Kuzmin, Semyon Sinyatkin, Semyon Demidov, Daniil Lazutin (all SKA), Andrey Nikonov, Nikita Buruyanov (both Dynamo Moscow), Dmitry Katelevsky (Ak Bar s ”), Maxim Velikov (CSKA), Danila Klimov (Sochi).
During the tournament, the Russian team will play with Sochi, Admiral, Avangard and SKA.
