One of the goals was scored by the hosts’ Czech striker Ondrej Palat. Before him is the tenth goal this season. And for the second time in his career, Palat scores at least ten goals in a single Stanley Cup.
In terms of the number of seasons in which Palat has scored 10 or more goals, the Czech has caught up with teammate Nikita Kucherov, Alexander Ovechkin, as well as Franzen and Zetterberg.
It should be noted that Kucherov in the current NHL playoffs is Tampa’s leading scorer with 26 points (7+19).
