In the 11th minute of the first period, Ilya Fedotov opened the scoring. After 41 seconds, Semyon Demidov, after receiving a pass from Dmitry Katelevsky, put the balance back in the score. In the 13th minute, Brendan Leipsik, with assists from Sergei Tolchinsky and Kirill Tankov, put SKA ahead again. In the 15th minute, Emil Galimov, after receiving a pass from Ilya Fedotov and Maxim Fedotov, increased the lead to 3:1.
At the start of the second period, Ivan Demidov, with the transfers of Artyom Sergeev and Matvey Michkov, scored the fourth goal for the army team. In the eighth minute, Semyon Sinyatkin, after receiving a pass from Mikhail Gulyaev, reduced the lead to 2: 4, but already in the 15th minute, Ilya Fedotov restored the lead to 3 goals with the help of Emil Galimov and Ivan Zinchenko.
