Kazan hockey players “Ak Barsa” and Chelyabinsk “Tractor” after the game of the pre-season tournament in Kazan, together with the public, they paid tribute to the memory of the deceased striker Rodion Amirov a minute of silence, the Ufa press service “Salavat Yulaev” reported.
Amirov died Monday at the age of 21. In February 2022, it was reported that a student from the Ufa club was diagnosed with a brain tumor. In April of that year, he underwent chemotherapy.
On Monday, Traktor beat Ak Bars 2:1 and became the winner of the pre-season tournament in the capital of Tatarstan.
