In memory of a hockey player Rodion Amirov a personal scholarship will be established at the Akmulla State Pedagogical University, reports the press service of the hockey club “Salavat Yulayev” .
Amirov was a student of the Institute of Physical Culture and Human Health of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Akmulla, graduated from Akmulla College.
– In memory of him, a nominal scholarship will be created for students of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after Akmulla, who have achieved outstanding success in sports, the report says.
The death of Rodion Amirov is known on August 14. In February 2022, the player was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Amirov’s funeral took place on Monday.
