The head coach S.K.A. Romain Rotenberg wish you good luck in “Load” goalie Vladislav Podyapolsky noting that the competition for the right to go on the ice remains to be won.
On Tuesday, it became known that SKA had swapped goalkeeper Podyapolsky for Lada Togliatti. As a result of the exchange, the army team received monetary compensation.
Podyapolsky joined SKA in November 2022 following a trade from Severstal Cherepovets. Last season, the 28-year-old goaltender played 15 games with SKA in the KHL regular season, scored 5 wins with a 2.66 reliability coefficient and 90.0% on shots saved.
– Podyapolsky’s exchange? We have a lot of line-up changes. We thank Vlad for his work. He did his best, helped us in the playoffs last season. We wish him good luck in his future career. There is competition, you have to win it, – the correspondent reports Rotenberg’s words.
On August 22, SKA defeated Avtomobilist in a pre-season tournament match. The match at the Ice Palace ended with the score 5:2 in favor of the team from Rotenberg. On Wednesday, SKA will play against Sochi.
The Puchkov Tournament takes place in St. Petersburg from August 21-26.
