Hockey striker “Spartak” Pavel Poriadine said he should improve and wants to get his game back in the new team as soon as possible.
On Thursday, in the opening game of the traditional pre-season tournament, the Moscow Mayor’s Cup, Spartak beat Vityaz 3-2.
In the off-season, the striker joined the Reds and Whites following an exchange with Neftekhimik. Last season, as part of the Nizhnekamsk team, the striker scored 41 (24+17) points in 73 games.
– I want to find my game at the Mayor’s Cup. Yet they led me to a certain role. It is important to approach the season with confidence. We need to feel partners, I can play even better, – correspondent conveys Poryadin’s words.
The new KHL season will kick off on September 1 with the Cup opener between CSKA and Ak Bars. Spartak will start the season on September 2 with a home game against Kunlun.
