CSKA beat “Dynamo” during the Moscow Mayor’s Ice Hockey Cup match.
The meeting took place in the metropolitan arena “Megasport” and ended with the score 3:2 in favor of the army team. Vladislav Kamenev scored a winning double (19th and 25th minutes), another goal was scored by Mikhail Grigorenko (45th). Vladislav Mikhailov (3) and Daniil Pylenkov (36) scored against Dynamo Moscow.
In the next match of the tournament, CSKA will face Amur Khabarovsk on August 25, who Dynamo will meet a day later. Spartak, Vityaz and Kunlun Red Star also participate in the Moscow Mayor’s Cup.
The new KHL season will kick off on September 1 with the Cup opener between CSKA and Ak Bars.
