The Head Coach”Vityaz » Alexander Zavialov said he has full confidence in the striker Vladislav Tsitsure and for defender Kirill Kirsanov there were good reviews from his former side SKA-Neva.
During the offseason, Tsitsyura and Kirsanov left the SKA system for Vityaz following a trade for forwards Stepan Starkov and Ivan Zinchenko.
– To what extent will Kirill Kirsanov and Vladislav Tsitsyura, who come from SKA, be able to strengthen the team’s game?
– Tsitsyura is a quick and smart striker who plays in majority, minority and equal lineups. I think he’s a good player. Of course, that takes time. He didn’t play much in Saint Petersburg. From now on, I have complete confidence in Tsitsyura. As for Kirsanov, there were good reviews about him from the people he worked with at SKA-Neva. He plays with us, in our system, – the correspondent reports Zavyalov’s words.
The new KHL season will kick off on September 1 with the Cup opener between CSKA and Ak Bars. Vityaz will play his first match on September 2 at home against Amur Khabarovsk.
