Chairman of the Board of SKA Alexander Medvedev and head coach Romain Rotenberg scored a double and scored a total of 10 points for a two-man performance in a charity match with the participation of hockey players from the St. Petersburg club, correspondents report.
The match between SKA-Blues and SKA-Whites ended with a score of 13:10 in favor of the former, played by Medvedev and Rotenberg. The game was played over two 20-minute periods.
Medvedev scored 4 points (2+2), Rotenberg – 6 (2+4).
On Sunday, the presentation of the hockey team took place in the village of Leninskoye, near St. Petersburg. S.K.A. for the 2023/24 KHL season, members of the St. Petersburg club also received bronze medals for the previous season.
SKA will kick off the KHL regular season on September 2 with an away game against Dynamo Moscow. Last season, the two-time Gagarin Cup winner reached the Western Conference final, where he lost to eventual trophy winners CSKA Moscow.
