Attack Nikolai Prokhorkin signed a contract with Novosibirsk “Siberia” according to the hockey club’s website.
The deal with the 29-year-old striker is for one season.
Last season, Prokhorkin played for SKA Saint Petersburg, with whom he won the Gagarin Cup in 2017.
Previously, Prokhorkin played for Avangard Omsk, Metallurg Magnitogorsk, Salavat Yulaev Ufa and CSKA Moscow. In total, he has 506 games and 283 points (135+148) in the KHL. In the NHL, the striker defended the colors of the Los Angeles Kings.
As a member of the Russian national team, Prokhorkin became an Olympic champion in 2018.
