The Head Coach”Metallurgist » Andrei Razin admired the game-winning puck that striker Semyon Koshelev scored against CSKA in the KHL Championship Fonbet game.
The Magnitogorsk club beat CSKA 4:2 in Moscow on Tuesday. This is the second defeat for the army team in three games at the start of the championship.
– I do not remember this series with CSKA when I managed Severstal. Everything that is done is for the best. And so we try to dismantle the adversary in depth. We devote time to them, studying how they work.
– Pavel Akolzin constantly scores against the army team. Is this your secret weapon?
– I did not know. Now I know.
– Why did Nikita Mikhailis disappear?
– He did not dissolve, other guys appeared, worked on missions, did a lot of heavy work.
— What worries you in Magnitogorsk at the start of the season?
“We all have to work. Nothing is perfect. A lot of things happened today. We scored in the majority, did not concede in the minority. But these components still need to be improved.
– Did you know that Semyon Koshelev can fly? He scored a superb shorthanded goal.
I didn’t know he could fly. Surprised. It gave me a “wow” effect. You see how many new things I learn: Pashka scores against CSKA, Semyon steals. This is my team,” said Razin, as quoted by the correspondent.
This is the Metallurg’s first victory of the season. In the first game of the championship, Magnitogorsk lost to Avtomobilist (2:3 OT).
