The KHL Board of Directors unanimously re-elected Gennady Timchenko as president.
The quantitative composition of the board of directors was 22 people:

6. Sergey Batekhin – General Director of INTERROS Holding Company LLC;
7. Alexander Guskov – KHL vice-president for youth hockey development;
8. Igor Esmantovich – President of HC CSKA”;
9. Alexey Zhloba – first vice president, director of Metallurg Holding Company;
10. Alexander Kolobov – Deputy General Director for Business Systems Development at Severgroup;
11. Boris Korol – Vice President of Transneft PJSC;
12. Dmitry Kurbatov – executive director of the Russian Hockey Federation;
13. Nail Maganov – General Director and member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft, President of the sports and commercial enterprise Tatneft-AK Bars LLC;
14. Alexander Medvedev – Chairman of the Board of Directors of HC SKA;
15. Vitaly Prokhorov – vice-president of the KHL for the hockey sector;
16. Viktor Rashnikov – Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC MMK, President of HC Metallurg;
17. Arkady Rotenberg – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Russian Hockey Federation;
18. Roman Rotenberg – first vice-president of the FHR, vice-president of the board of directors, vice-president of the HC SKA;
19. Artem Karkotsky – General Director of HC Dynamo-Minsk;
20. Oleg Usachev – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HC Spartak;
21. Kirill Fastovsky – General Director of HC Sibir;
22. Alexander Kharlamov – General Director of HC Torpedo.
Averin joined the KHL board from Avangard instead of Alexander Krylov, Alexey Zhloba from Metallurg instead of Sergei Laskov, Karkotsky from Dynamo Minsk instead of Sergei Sushko. Alexander Kharlamov (Torpedo) and Alexander Kolobov (Severstal) were also added.
