Athletistic / Hockey. Canadian forward Josh Livo has joined the KHL. The 30-year-old hockey player signed a contract with Salavat Yulaev.

According to the press service of the Ufa team, the agreement with Livo is for one season.

Last season, Josh played in the NHL with the St. Louis Blues. The forward played 51 games with the Bluesmen and scored 16 (4+12) points using the goal+pass system. He also has three goals and one assist in two AHL games with the Springfield Thunderbirds.

Livo was selected in the third round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs. He previously played for Toronto (2013-2018), the Vancouver Canucks (2018-2020), the Calgary Flames (2020-2021) and the Carolina Hurricanes (2021-2022). In total, Josh played 265 games in the NHL and scored 93 (42+51) performance points with an overall rating of +6.
