The Canadian striker joined the Belarusian club this offseason; in North America he played for Dallas, Boston, Tampa and Detroit.
— What interested you in the KHL offer this offseason?
“I realized I needed changes. This is a good opportunity to relaunch your career. The KHL is an incredible league, one of the best leagues in the world, and Minsk is a beautiful city.
— How do you find Russia and Belarus?
“When I arrived here, I didn’t know what to expect. And now I have already seen many beautiful cities. Therefore, I am happy that I decided to play here,” the hockey player said, as quoted by RB Sport.
