Evgeny Kuznetsov played 81 games in the last regular NHL championship and scored 55 (12+43) points in the goal+pass system, which made the 31-year-old Russian the best assistant in the capital.
His contract with Washington is valid until the end of the 2024/2025 season. Kuznetsov’s NHL salary is currently $7.8 million.
