Kazansky “AK bars” Omsk won “Avant-garde” during the home match of the Fonbet KHL championship.
The regular time of the match in Kazan ended with a score of 4:4. Daniil Zhuravlev scored goals for the home team (24th minute), Alexander Radulov (36th), Vadim Shipachev (49th) and Dmitry Yashkin (55th). Igor Martynov (10th), Reed Boucher (25th), Vladimir Tkachev (39th) and Libor Shulak (58th) scored for the guests. In overtime, Radulov brought victory to the Kazan team, scoring a double in the match.
Ak Bars scored 19 points and rose to third place in the Eastern Conference standings, Avangard (16) is in sixth place.
In the next match, Avangard will play at home against Chelyabinsk Traktor on October 7 and Ak Bars will play at Primorye Admiral a day later.
