“Salavat Yulaev” on the official website announced the signing of a contract with the defender ryan murphy .
The agreement with the 29-year-old Canadian is for one season.
Murphy spent last season with the Detroit Red Wings, playing in the AHL for the Grand Rapids Griffins. In total, in the NHL, he played 175 games and scored 43 (8 + 35) points.
Earlier in the KHL, the Canadian played for Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk and Dynamo Minsk.
