The Canadian publication TSN published a ranking of the best hockey players NHL before the start of the new season.
TSN announced a roster of 50 hockey players, including seven Russians. Topping the list is Edmonton Oilers scorer Connor McDavid. His teammate Leon Draisaitl is in second place. Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon rounds out the top three.
Among Russians, Tampa Bay Lightning forward Nikita is higher than the others in the rankings. Kucherov – 8th. Kirill, Minnesota Wild forward Kaprizov took 12th place. Andrei, Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Vasilyevsky took 19th place, New York Rangers goalkeeper Igor Shestyorkin – 20. Ilya, goaltender of the New York Islanders Sorokin — 26th, New York Rangers forward Artemy Panarin – the 30th.
Alexander, captain of the Washington Capitals Ovechkin Finished outside the top 30, the attacker is registered on the 33rd line.
