Advanced system SKA Ivan Demidov will not play until the end of 2023 due to a leg injury, has learned.
Demidov spent the training camp with SKA and played four matches in the KHL, but did not score any points. After that, he went to train in the OLIMPBET MHL championship, where on September 15, in a match against Dynamo St. Petersburg, he was injured. Demidov returned to hockey, played on October 1 in the VHL for SKA-Neva against Dynamo St. Petersburg, and on October 5 in the MHL in a match against the Mikhailov Academy, he hit the goal with his left knee.
As has learned, the player will be out for 2.5 months, until the end of this year.
The 18-year-old hockey player was considered Russia’s top favorite in the 2024 NHL Draft, with experts suggesting she had a chance of making the top three.
