Stanley Cup winner Muzzin retired and became a Toronto scout

Defender Jake Muzzin ended his professional career and became a scout “Toronto” reports the club’s press service NHL .

Last season, the 34-year-old hockey player played only four games, as he was diagnosed with a cervical spine injury. Over the summer, it was announced that he would also not be able to participate in the upcoming NHL regular season.

Muzzin won the Stanley Cup in 2014 with Los Angeles and won the World Cup and World Championship with Team Canada.

In total, he played 683 games in the NHL and scored 294 (69+225) points.
