According to Metaratings.ru, the Far Eastern club has already expressed interest in the Zhafyarov deal. The Amur management intends to exchange the player from the Kazan team, including satisfying the financial demands of the hockey player.

At the start of the current KHL season, Damir Zhafyarov played 10 matches and scored one goal. His average playing time was 10 minutes 46 seconds. Note that the attacker has not been on the ice since September 28. It was previously reported that Ak Bars head coach Zinetula Bilyaletdinov has no plans to continue working with Zhafyarov.

Damir Zhafyarov played 75 matches for SKA last season, scored 17 goals and made 36 assists. In total, the forward played 599 matches in the KHL, in which he scored 312 points (129+183).

“Amur” scored 14 points in 14 matches and is in ninth place in the Eastern Conference standings.
