Athletistic / Hockey. After the start of the new NHL season, legendary Czech goaltender Dominik Hasek expressed his displeasure with the league allowing Russian players to compete. According to Hasek, only Russians who make appropriate political statements should be admitted.

“Yesterday, the new NHL season began. This league uses an approach that allows Russian hockey players to play without condemning Russian policies. For the third season in a row, the NHL supports Russia’s actions. The NHL must pay billions of dollars for this,” Hasek wrote on social media.
