Dmitry Sumtsa’s team equaled the leader Sokol on points
Kremenchuk defeated Kharkov Berserkers in a regular season match Ukrainian hockey championship – 12:0.
Dmitry Sumets’ team opened the scoring in the first minute of the match, and in the first period they already cleared up any questions regarding the winner. The rout continued in the next 20 minutes. In the final period, six more goals flew into the Kharkov team’s goal.
Kremenchug’s victory became the largest in the current Ukrainian Championship. Nikita Gordyushin scored a shutout in his first match, and Mikhail Gevorkyan scored the first hat-trick of his career.
Kremenchuk scored 10 points and caught up with leader Sokol. The Berserkers suffered their 28th defeat in a row.
